RENTAL INSTRUCTIONS

Either give us a call, or you can simply fill in our online enquiry form, bypassing the phone queue and allowing us to tailor a quote to your needs more readily! Please note that an enquiry does not constitute a booking.

If you have not rented from us before, please download the Rental Registration Form, complete (using Acrobat Reader only) and submit to accounts@capricornfilmfestival.com along with an email regarding the details of your gear requirements.

All first-time hires will require a refundable security deposit. For details, see Important Information on registration form.

SONY PL prime lens with focal length of 35mm/50mm/85mm, maximum aperture of T2.0: SCL-P35T20, SCL-P50T20 and SCL-P85T20. The prime set were sold with Sony PMW-F3(F3K), usually. Although it is designed for SONY F3, F5 and F55, but it can be used in other cameras with PL mount.

Rode NTG-2 Condenser Shotgun

The Rode NTG2 is a condenser shotgun microphone designed for professional audio capturing in the field or indoors. With a history of manufacturing quality studio microphones, Rode has implemented low noise output electronics and wide bandwidth, both of which attribute to the NTG2's broadcast sound quality.

The NTG2 is powered with an internal 1.5V AA size battery or an external +48 Volt phantom power source. The output is a standard 3-pin XLR male connector.

Rode Blimp Windshield & Shock Kit

The Rode Blimp Windshield and Rycote Shock Mount Suspension System for Shotgun Microphones is designed to provide your shotgun microphone with protection from wind noise and isolation from shock and vibration.
